Breakfast Super Smoothie


  • 50g fresh raspberries* when in season ( frozen will do when out of season)
  • 4 tbsp Welsh Farmhouse apple juice or more, to taste
  • 1-2 tsp Beechtree Bees honey
  • ½ tsp Little Mill Natural Products Bee Pollen

*try Whitebrook Organic Growers or Pauls Organic Vegetables 


  1. Put the raspberries, yogurt, 4tbsp apple juice, lime juice and honey in a blender with half the pollen.
  2. Blitz the mixture until it is thoroughly blended. Check the consistency and add more apple juice if you want a more liquid smoothie. Taste, add more lime juice if you want a sharper smoothie, or more honey if you prefer a sweeter one.
  3. Pour into a glass, add the ice cubes or crushed ice if you are using it. Scatter the remaining pollen on the top.

A great, protein packed start to the morning – ideal for hay fever sufferers as it uses both pollen and honey.
