Details of our next market: March 18th 2017
With spring slowly settling in we have some exquisite late winter vegetables such as in the image of purple sprouting broccoli (Paul’s Organic Vegetables) as well as the rarer white variety. It’s time to stock up on those vitamins!
The market promises a host of new recipes form Beechtee Bees which will appear in the recipe section of this website next week.
We are in the midst of the lambing season, the earliest done and dusted at Penrhiw Farm, but with more activity in the coming weeks. It is amazing this annual event has been going on since biblical times.
There is, as allways, a wonderful selection of high quality food and drink and the Tea Room is being organised by the Usk Scouts.
Special from Beverly Reed a Mothers' Day wonder!
