Selling at the Market
How to apply to attend the market and details about how it operates.
The market has been operating under Covid 19 restrictions since April 2020 and there are new procedures for registering as a producer.
The first step in applying to sell at the market is to register, as a producer, on fmiw.co.uk. An email will be sent confirming the registration and further instructions will appear on your account page which will generate a section with details about you and your products. When the process is complete you will be added to the list of market producers. You will receive news about the market as well as a booking form for attending specific dates.
The market operates on the first and third Saturday each month throughout the year and under the current Covid 19 restrictions takes place between 9.00 am and 10.30 am.
Under these arrangements, the cost of attending is £10 per market. Please note there will be no provision of stalls and trading takes place outdoors in the Memorial Hall Car park.
Your site section will provide an initial introduction to Uks Farmers' Market customers as well as the opportunity to take orders.
Selling at the Usk Farmers' Market requires proof of Public and Product Liability Insurance as well as, for food and drink stall to have proof of premises inspection with a Score Rating of 3 and above.
